UUFF Member Sue Coppernoll shares the encounters with racism – both overt and subtle – that she has encountered throughout her 90 years of living in the USA, where racism permeates our culture. A poet, Sue is “a daughter of the South” who grew up in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida. A graduate of Andrew College in Cuthber, GA, Sue lived in Ohio, Arizona, Iowa, and Illinois before moving to NWA in 2010.
