Parking
The main Fellowship parking lot is the 1st driveway to the left off Oakland. Plenty of visitor and disability parking spaces spaces are marked. Ample street parking is available on Cleveland and Oakland.
Just a short walk from the church, up Oakland, you’ll find additional parking lots (part of the U of A campus) that are usually open and free on weekends. The first is located between Oakland and Lindell Ave. and may be entered from either street. The second lot is located directly across Oakland from the first lot.
In consideration of those who have mobility challenges we ask that the main lot off Oakland Avenue next to the Church Building be reserved for those who need to park close to the Church Building.
We will have greeters welcoming you at the front doors who will help orient you and help with any parking or accessibility needs you may have.
Parking and Entrance Accessibility
Our Main Fellowship lot has accessible parking, and there is a curb ramp to the front door available for those with mobility limitations.
Our building interiors are accessible for those who use wheelchairs or with limited mobility. The sanctuary, lobby, and kitchen are wheelchair accessible, and our upper-level family/gender neutral restrooms are wheelchair accessible and have handrails.
The downstairs Religious Exploration spaces are not as accessible as we wish, but there is a sidewalk ramp to the downstairs areas. We are working on better wheelchair access to our entire building for the future.
Accessibility and Inclusivity Standards
In addition to parking and entrance accessibility for those with mobility limitations, we work to make all our services, community gatherings, classes, and events inclusive and accessible to those visible or invisible disabilities. Visit our accessibility page for information on how we are trying to achieve this goal.
If you have a question or concern about accessibility, please call our fellowship office at (479) 521-8422 or email us.
