Welcome to the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Fayetteville!

Practicing liberal religion in Northwest Arkansas for 70 years.

Sunday 11am Service

May 11 – “Flower Communion”

Choosing to focus on beauty and goodness is crucial to our happiness and resilience, especially when there are so many things to fear in our world. When we choose hope and love over fear, tyrants who depend on fear to gain power and maintain control are diminished. This is a form of resistance. Like the flowers themselves, we continue to bloom. Please bring all that you are, all that you feel and a flower or flowers to share if you can. Let us cultivate gratitude in our hearts as we share the tangible beauty of Spring life with one another and take a minute to recognize our amazing Religious Exploration teachers! This is also Choir Sunday!

Choir Members, please gather in the Sanctuary at 9:45am for rehearsal.

You can attend service in person at the fellowship building or view it remotely online via Facebook Live Stream. To attend live via Facebook, wait until 11am Central Standard Time (CST) and go to: https://www.facebook.com/share/16QEdxBFbM/ and click on “Watch Live Video. A Facebook account is not required for viewing.

  • All are invited to gather downstairs in the common area of the fellowship building on Sundays at 10am for a facilitated discussion focused on a specific topic (advertised in the eNews the week before).

Topic this Sunday: “Joy as Resistance.” During difficult times, experiencing and sharing joy as a community can strengthen our resilience and enhance our resolve to keep fighting. Joy can also remind us of our shared humanity. In fact, throughout history, activists have found ways to incorporate joy into the challenging work of social justice. In exploring this topic, we’ll watch a recording of a recent sermon delivered by Rev. Nica Eaton of Chalice Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Conejo Valley. Join us!
